Changes
@ReillyBrogan was away for a spell, so this update is a little bit lighter than usual. Somehow, he still found the time to do a fair few updates this cycle, including some docker, golang and Rust toolchain updates. Mad lad.
We also spent some time onboarding new contributors who either added their favourite packages or updated existing packages, including adding some new rules to our NVIDIA driver package to improve the experience for NVIDIA dGPU users.
Finally, we made a fair few updates to moss and cut a new 0.26.1 release of the os-tools repository that hosts moss and boulder. In turn, @tarkah updated our C FFI libstone library to match, and rebuilt our version of libarchive with the new update. This enables users to inspect .stone files from tools that rely on libarchive to inspect file formats.
