Another week, another repository update. The AerynOS Team are looking to align around a Tuesday repository sync so will be trialing this for the next few weeks. The impact is that this was a shorter week for our sync and as such, there has been less movement.

- Linux Kernel 6.16.5
- FFmpeg 8.0 (including rebuilds)
- Cosmic fix ups
- libdovi added at 3.3.2
- virt-manager 5.1.0
- bash 5.3.3
- multiple changes / adjustments for statelessness
- scx-scheds 1.0.16
