Show the games you play on aerynOS.
For those who don’t know, there’s a gaming kernel available for aerynOS that are optimized for playing games.
These are the games I at current time are messing with. Most of the games are 4x Strategy games plus some tactical games and a few oddball games. But a good mix of all kind of genres.
How much difference in performance Storm? I don’t game, but I like performance!
Personally I haven’t tested it, as the default kernel serve all my needs.
Same here, I also game on my system but didn’t check the difference between kernels.
I don’t game a lot, especially on the old Thinkpad that hosts aeryn, but I have Balatro installed and it works fine. I am thus a happy (and thoroughly addicted) person
i have tested out gaming on aerynOS and i can tell you the performance is outstanding, it’s so close to cachyOS without having to deal with the issues of a bleeding edge distro like arch linux.
